About Brian R. Bondy

 I live in Windsor, Ontario, Canada where I lived (other than University) since I was born on March 01, 1981.  I spend most of my time reading various books, programming, and doing work. My greatest fields of interest are P2P, and digital image processing. I also enjoy number theory, cryptography, compression and computer vision.  Believe it or not, I do spend some time doing non-geek things. This time is usually spent with my girlfriend Shannon, family and some good friends. I was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario and after working across Ontario I ended up back there.

  • I drink a lot of coffee and usually spill it on myself
  • I'm engaged to the beautiful Miss. Shannon Gray (See left image)
  • I have a bachelors degree in Computer Science Honors in the Faculty of Mathematics at Waterloo University
  • My favorite music artist is Ray Charles
  • My favorite movies are e Braveheart, The Last Samurai, Ray My favorite place to go for a nice meal is the Red Sun - Chinese food
  • My favorite coffee shop is Tim Hortons, but I like the atmosphere at Starbucks better (and the Wifi)
  • My favorite plays are Phantom of the Opera, and Les Misérables
  • I have two new cats (well Shannon's cats) named "Mikah" and "Lil" (and Lil is a boy not a girl)
  • I have a red tri-colored border collie named " "Leia". (and yes that's after Star Wars)
  • I was born on March 01, 1981
  • I don't sleep very much
  • was born and raised on a farm.  I worked on that farm, morning and night for many years
  • I'm more of a  home body, but I do like to go out (just not to bars and that stuff).  I'd rather do constructive things with my time
  • I love to learn.  If I'm not learning, then I lose interest quick.  I need to be challenged... owning a business really helps with this
